A + 没有 + B + (这么 / 那么) + Adj
This is the natural negative of 比: A 没有 B + adj = "A is not as … as B".
这个没有那个贵 = this one isn't as expensive as that one (= it's cheaper).
那么 or 这么 is often added before the adjective: 没有那个那么贵. The affirmative is rarer: A 有 B 那么 adj (A is as … as B).
