Here person B is both the object of the first verb and the subject of the second: 妈妈让我回家 = mom has me come home / tells me to come home.
请 = invite, ask politely (我请你吃饭 = I'll treat you to a meal). 让 = let, make, ask to (neutral). 叫 = tell to, make (more colloquial and direct).
Negative: before the first verb: 妈妈不让我吃糖 (mom doesn't let me eat sweets).
Examples
中秋节我请你吃月饼。

老板让我们早点儿回家。

Common mistakes
✗ 妈妈让回家我 → ✓ 妈妈让我回家.
妈妈让我不吃糖 means "tells me not to": for "doesn't let me", ✓ 妈妈不让我吃糖.
