什么 / 谁 / 哪儿 / 怎么 + 都 / 也 + (不/没) + Verb
A question word followed by 都 or 也 stops being a question and becomes all-inclusive:
什么都 = everything, 谁都 = everyone, 哪儿都 = everywhere, 怎么都 = no matter how.
In the negative you get "nothing, nobody, nowhere": 我什么都不想买 (I don't want to buy anything), 谁都没来 (nobody came).
Word order is key: the question word comes before the verb (as a subject or a fronted object).
