一方面 + A，另一方面 + B
A parallel structure presenting two aspects of one situation: two reasons, two effects, or two viewpoints, "on the one hand…, on the other hand…".
You can add 也/还 in the second part. Very handy in speech and writing to structure an argument, e.g. in HSK writing tasks.
Examples
一方面我想出国留学，另一方面又不想离开家人。
Yì fāngmiàn wǒ xiǎng chū guó liúxué, lìng yì fāngmiàn yòu bù xiǎng líkāi jiārén.On the one hand I want to study abroad; on the other, I don't want to leave my family.
运动一方面能减轻压力，另一方面也能提高睡眠质量。
Yùndòng yì fāngmiàn néng jiǎnqīng yālì, lìng yì fāngmiàn yě néng tígāo shuìmián zhìliàng.Exercise reduces stress on the one hand and improves sleep quality on the other.
他一方面要工作，另一方面还要照顾孩子。
Tā yì fāngmiàn yào gōngzuò, lìng yì fāngmiàn hái yào zhàogù háizi.He has to work and look after the kids at the same time.
Common mistakes
✗ 一方面…一方面… exists but is less common; ✓ 一方面…另一方面… is standard.
✗ Don't drop 另 or 一: ✗ 一方面…，方面…
