Two prepositions learners mix up:
• 关于 = "about, concerning": marks the topic of some content. Often a noun modifier: 关于环境的文章 (an article about the environment).
• 对于 = "towards, as for, with regard to": marks the target of an attitude or effect: 对于这个问题，我有不同的看法。
Tip: if 对 (towards) would fit, it's 对于; if it's "the topic being covered", it's 关于. Also, a 关于 phrase goes at the start of a sentence, never after the subject.
Examples
我看了一个关于中国历史的节目。
Wǒ kàn le yí ge guānyú Zhōngguó lìshǐ de jiémù.I watched a programme about Chinese history.
对于年轻人来说，找工作越来越难了。
Duìyú niánqīngrén lái shuō, zhǎo gōngzuò yuè lái yuè nán le.For young people, finding a job is getting harder and harder.
关于这件事，公司还没有决定。
Guānyú zhè jiàn shì, gōngsī hái méiyǒu juédìng.As for this matter, the company hasn't decided yet.
对于网上的消息，我们要小心判断。
Duìyú wǎng shang de xiāoxi, wǒmen yào xiǎoxīn pànduàn.With online news, we need to judge carefully.
Common mistakes
✗ 我们关于这个问题讨论了。→ ✓ 关于这个问题，我们讨论了 / 我们讨论了这个问题。
✗ 对于环境的书 ("a book about the environment") → ✓ 关于环境的书。
