你 + V + 你的 + 吧 tells someone to carry on with what they're doing (or what they have to do) and not to worry about you. 你吃你的吧,别给我留: “go ahead and eat, don't mind me, don't save me any”. Literally it is “eat yours”: 你的 stands for your share, your work, your own business.
It is used to let the other person off a host's or a polite duty: 你忙你的吧,我自己来 (“you go on with what you were doing, I'll manage”). The verb is repeated on both sides of 你的, and an object is possible (你看你的书吧). The subject can also be 你们 (你们聊你们的吧) or 他 (他玩他的,不用管他).
The tone is friendly and casual, between equals or towards someone younger; said curtly, it can sound like “mind your own business”. A blunter option is 别管我 (“leave me alone”). With an elder or a superior, prefer 您先吃,不用管我.
