看你说的 and 真有你的 are two spoken exclamations about a person, kept for friends, family and colleagues you are at ease with.
看你 / 瞧他 + V or Adj + 的: you comment on what the person has just said, done or shown, and the tone makes the meaning. It can be a playful reproach (看你说的，我哪有那么老？), a modest way of brushing off a compliment (看你说的，我哪有那么大本事？) or an affectionate or teasing look at someone's state (看你急的; 瞧他高兴的). X is a verb or an adjective, and 的 closes the formula.
真有你的 expresses admiration: "you're really something!" (电脑你也会修？真有你的！). With a different intonation it is ironic amazement at someone's nerve (他迟到了还说堵车，真有他的！). The pronoun can change: 真有他的, 真有她的. Unlike the modest reply 不敢当, which you say about yourself, these formulas are about the other person.
Examples
看你说的，我哪有那么大本事？
Kàn nǐ shuō de, wǒ nǎ yǒu nàme dà běnshi?Oh, come on, I'm not that talented!
看你急的，先坐下喝口水，慢慢说。
Kàn nǐ jí de, xiān zuò xià hē kǒu shuǐ, mànmàn shuō.Look at you, all worked up! Sit down, have some water and tell me slowly.
瞧他高兴的，一晚上都在笑。
Qiáo tā gāoxìng de, yì wǎnshang dōu zài xiào.Look how happy he is, he's been smiling all evening.
瞧他穿的，像是要去参加什么重要的会议。
Qiáo tā chuān de, xiàng shì yào qù cānjiā shénme zhòngyào de huìyì.Look at what he's wearing, as if he were off to some important meeting.
电脑你也会修？真有你的！
Diànnǎo nǐ yě huì xiū? Zhēn yǒu nǐ de!You can even fix computers? You really are something!
他迟到了一个小时还说堵车，真有他的！
Tā chídào le yí ge xiǎoshí hái shuō dǔchē, zhēn yǒu tā de!He's an hour late and blames the traffic. He's got some nerve!
Common mistakes
✗ 看你的说 → ✓ 看你说的 (the verb comes before 的).
✗ 真有你 → ✓ 真有你的 (the final 的 is part of the phrase).
✗ 看你衣服的 → ✓ 看你穿的 (X is a verb or an adjective, not a noun).
