稍稍 + verb or adjective: a small degree or a small effort, "a little, slightly, barely": 听了他的话,我稍稍松了一口气. It goes before the verb or the adjective and goes well with 了 for an action done in a small way: 稍稍调整了一下.
Two frequent uses: (1) 稍稍 + verb (了), a slight action that is enough to change the situation; (2) 稍稍 + 一 + verb, "at the slightest…", which stresses that very little is needed to produce an effect: 上海的夏天又闷又热,稍稍一动就会出汗. With an adjective of feeling, 有点 or 有些 follows 稍稍: 稍稍有些意外.
Register: the somewhat more written counterpart of 稍微 (hsk3-g16), which you hear in speech; the two are mostly interchangeable. No 很 after 稍稍, and no bare number behind it.
