看 / 瞧你那(X)样: just look at you (teasing or reproach)

看 / 瞧 + 你 + 那 + (X) + 样 is a spoken exclamation about someone's look or manner, used to tease, sympathise or tell them off: 看你那得意样, 瞧你那着急样. X is a short adjective or verb naming the attitude (得意, 着急, 伤心, 高兴, 懒), and 样 sometimes grows into 样子. Without X, 瞧你那样 is enough: the whole judgement rides on the tone, like “just look at you!”.
The sentence almost always goes on with a comment saying what you make of it: 看你那伤心样，谁见了都心疼; 瞧你那样，还挺得意。 The subject can be someone else: 看他那高兴样, 瞧她那着急样. The order is fixed: 看 / 瞧 + person + 那 + X + 样.
Register: spoken and very familiar, tender or mocking among close people, hurtful with a stranger or an elder. It belongs to the same family as 看你X的 / 瞧他X的 (hsk5-g64): there the state is closed by 的 (看你急的); here it is named like a thing, with 那 + X + 样 (看你那着急样, “that worried look”).

Kàn nǐ nà shāngxīn yàng, shéi jiàn le dōu xīnténg.Just look how sad you are: anyone would feel for you.
瞧他那着急样，不知道的还以为家里着火了。
Qiáo tā nà zháojí yàng, bù zhīdào de hái yǐwéi jiālǐ zháohuǒ le.Look at him in a state: anyone who didn't know would think the house was on fire.
看你那懒样，周末又睡到中午才起来吧？
Kàn nǐ nà lǎn yàng, zhōumò yòu shuì dào zhōngwǔ cái qǐlai ba?Look at that lazy face: I bet you slept till noon again this weekend.
Common mistakes
✗ 你看那你样。 → ✓ 看你那样。 (the order is fixed: 看 / 瞧 + 你 + 那 + X + 样).
✗ 看你那样子的 → ✓ 看你那样子。 (nothing after 样子: no final 的).
