哪有X这么Y的 / 有X这样Y的吗: who ever does that?

哪有 + X + 这么 + Y + 的? is a reproach dressed as a question: “where has anyone ever seen someone as Y as you?” You measure the person against everybody else and say that nobody else behaves like this: 哪有你这么过分的？好处全让你给占了。 The variant 有 + X + 这样 + Y + 的 + 吗? says the same thing: 有他这样做人的吗？总是在背后说人家坏话。

X is the person criticised (你, 他, 你们) and Y the behaviour or quality held against them (过分, 直接, 说话, 请客, 做人). The sentence closes on 的 (哪有……的?) or on 的吗 (有……的吗?), never on both: you do not say 哪有……的吗.

It is not a real question: the expected answer is “nobody”, and you do not reply 没有. It is a rebuke aimed at one person, more pointed than the general rhetorical questions 哪儿……啊 and 怎么能……呢 (hsk3-g70). Register: spoken and lively; among relatives it is an everyday reproach, with a superior or a stranger it turns aggressive.

Sense taught here: the one shown by the three examples of the standard (GF 0025-2021, 高140), all of them reproaches to someone about the way they act. 哪有 can also be a genuine question (“where is there…?”): that use is not covered.
